- Within 30 days full refund
- Within 15 days refund of 50%
- Within 7 days refund of 20%
- less than 7 days no refund
Arrival and departure:
- Day of arrival: Saturday from 3.30 pm to 7 pm
- Day of departure: Saturday before 10 am
